The €9.97 price is for the packaged download on itch.io, not a restriction on usage rights. Third-party note: the bundled rife-ncnn-vulkan engine and RIFE model files keep their own licenses (MIT / upstream notices). Those components are not CC0. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md inside the package.

RIFE is a video frame-interpolation model estimates in-between frames from two images. It is not an image generator.

Select a frame range on the Aseprite timeline, run Interpolate frames…, and get intermediates in seconds. Use final frames when you want ready art ,effects, prototypes, or onion reference mode when you want a semi-transparent ghost guide to redraw over.
